Don Lile Graduated from Plattsburg High School in 1995. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education and Health from the University of Central Missouri and went on to receive his Masters in Administration and Educational Specialist from William Woods University.

Don started his teaching career right here in Adrian in 2002. During that time Don taught MS/HS Physical Education and Health also coaching MS/HS School Wrestling and Middle School Football and Track. Don has also served as the districts Activities Director for four years and the High School Principal for two years.

Don is married to Ashley and has two sons who attend the Adrian RIII School District JB and Jackson.The Adrian RIII School District has long rich tradition of excellence in education and community pride.

We have a dedicated staff that seeks to provide a positive learning environment that utilizes instructional practices that are research-based for student success. The District offers many extra-curricular activities that help develop well rounded productive young adults. I truly can say that I am proud to be the Superintendent of the Adrian RIII School District and to call Adrian my home. I look forward to representing the dedicated faculty and staff in a positive way.
