This year in place of the annual Pink Out, Blackhawk Volleyball will be hosting a Purple Out in support of Maxdyn Ballew and family, and to promote epilepsy awareness.

With homecoming arriving soon, the AHS broadcasting class is asking for any Adrian homecoming-related photos from the past. Students will make a collage with the photos sent in. Please provide dates and any descriptions you have along with your photos! These can include: school dance, dance dates, float site, homecoming game, parade, etc.

Tonight the Lady Blackhawks golf team closed out the long week with a Tri Match against Butler and Eldorado Springs. Team fell to Eldo by 5 strokes. Claire tied for 2nd overall with a score of 49! Congratulations!
Girls Golf at Clinton Update:
Here are Day 1 standing after our first round at the Clinton Tournament. Very hot, long day! Girls are figuring something’s out and proud of them for working through them! Tomorrow we will continue at Clinton Country Club teeing off at 8AM again instead of 9!

The Lady Blackhawks traveled to St. Joseph Friday for the Pony Express Tournament. They went 3-1 on the weekend! Great start to the season!

Morning Arrival:
~Please remember that students are not to be dropped off at school prior to 7:35 am.
~Do not let students out of vehicles until staff starts the arrival process at 7:35 am.
~The gravel parking lot IS NOT for student drop off.
Dismissal:
~Thank you for your patience during dismissal on the first day of school! It always takes a bit longer with extra students returning home as car riders on the first day.
~Remember that you have two tags for your vehicle. Tags must be in the windshield or an ID check will be requested with the office.
~When parked in the car rider line, DO NOT BLOCK the High School Steps. The H.S. Entrance needs to remain clear at all times.
